Interview Tips: Share a conflict resolution. An UGLY answer / example.
A man, interviewing for a Controller position, answers the common interview question: Tell me about a recent conflict you’ve encountered and how you’ve handled it. This is an example of an UGLY way to answer this question.
Describe the conflict objectively, and be careful about placing blame and accepting none. Give specific examples of how it was resolved or why it was not. If it was an ethical conflict, it is important that you explain your boundaries.
