Nothing is neutral. Every decision we make and every action we take moves us closer to success or failure.

Interview Tips: Share a conflict resolution. A GOOD answer / example.

A man, interviewing for a Controller position, answers the common interview question: Tell me about a recent conflict you’ve encountered and how you’ve handled it. This is an example of a GOOD way to answer this question.

Describe the conflict objectively, and be careful about placing blame and accepting none. Give specific examples of how it was resolved or why it was not. If it was an ethical conflict, it is important that you explain your boundaries.

    Jojo,

You don’t look like as honest as your trying to act as. Keeping personal traits apart, hope you have forgot the basics of interview that you should never ever critise anyone from your previous employer. I am glad that I could learn and preach an interview tip to you…

The job market is really bad right now. Employers are sometimes receiving hundreds of applications, and the applicants in many cases are overqualified. It’s very difficult to match up against them. Be grateful that you got an interview.

    Argh.

I doubt too many interviews take place in this style. You are almost always seated at a table. Also, to cross your legs indicates that you don’t really take the interview seriously.

Saying “fraudulent” and “unethical” about the employer may have been a no-no. Still, it wasn’t a bad response.

    what is with this …
what is with this younger “professional” generation, thinking they know what is legal and what is not. i am sure his boss knows the law or some loop hole more then this kid would. this answer shows, that you are going to pry your boss apart and constantly find fault and sick your nose were it don’t belong. this is a pure example of a cocky arrogrant child who thinks he knows everything because he has a college degree. i would not hire him. he is a brown nose.
