Interview Tips: Share a conflict resolution. A GOOD answer / example.
A man, interviewing for a Controller position, answers the common interview question: Tell me about a recent conflict you’ve encountered and how you’ve handled it. This is an example of a GOOD way to answer this question.
Describe the conflict objectively, and be careful about placing blame and accepting none. Give specific examples of how it was resolved or why it was not. If it was an ethical conflict, it is important that you explain your boundaries.

The job market is really bad right now. Employers are sometimes receiving hundreds of applications, and the applicants in many cases are overqualified. It’s very difficult to match up against them. Be grateful that you got an interview.

Argh.
I doubt too many interviews take place in this style. You are almost always seated at a table. Also, to cross your legs indicates that you don’t really take the interview seriously.
Saying “fraudulent” and “unethical” about the employer may have been a no-no. Still, it wasn’t a bad response.
