  You are teaching your kids violence. The kids are not getting along so well because they are trying to get needs met that are not getting met. And you don’t have a clue. Look up Inbal nonviolent communication on youtube

  The only part I don’t like so much is the invocation of god to discipline kids. Perhaps you could consider saying, ‘because it’s not fair to do so’ rather than ‘because God is watching’.

  Why would you record disciplining your children? That’s not every effective in getting them to open up and resolve the issue.
