Nothing is neutral. Every decision we make and every action we take moves us closer to success or failure.

When are avoiding and accommodating the best strategies for dealing with an interpersonal conflict?

Im having to do a short essay on this subject can someone please help me by giving me some examples or opinions? These are Intimate and/or relationship issues.

I think you should avoid a conflict only if there are other things going on at that moment, and then address it as soon as possible (like being in front of kids, in public, etc). Or also if emotions are too high, it’s healthy to put it off until you can treat each other with respect.
