Nothing is neutral. Every decision we make and every action we take moves us closer to success or failure.

What is an example of workplace conflict resolution?

what's the conflict and how was it resolved so that everyone was happy?

My equation is this – if they're a goy I treat them like dirt, it's that simple.

Simply this: Someone gets into your crap and spreads it all over the office, but they added nonsense to it to make it sound like a soap opera. Then word gets to you and you take action when you find out who started it. You confront that person, who never had a clue that you would find the gossip columnist, and have human resources present. Its stops the gossip, and now you're powerful because you don't stand for such immaturity. This is conflict resolution.
NIP IT IN THE BUD, all the time.

There are several ways to resolve conflict in the organizational setting, but one example I will give you is mediation. It is a process oriented neutral third party that facilitates an outcome that must be agreed by both conflicting parties.

We see examples of this in dispute resolution between coworkers. An example: Mr X told an off colour joke that Ms Y thought was offensive and racist. Their relationship deteriorated until sides were taken within the section. A mediator was brought in to determine the source of conflict. It diffused the situation, but the organization did think it best to separate the two parties in case it happened again.
