    Hi Sammy,
Ineffective or poor communication between management and employees.

Poor people skills – especially in relationship building. Ability of everyone involved in the business to communicate and work together to achieve solutions to problems before they become conflict issues.

Poor or ineffective organizational systems. Supervisors who do not know the extent of their authority and are therefore fearful of making decisions or worse, make decisions outside their level of authority.

    Ineffective conflict management.

Poor use of alternative dispute resolution – ADR.

There are many more causes for workplace conflict.
