The ARETE Managing Internal Conflict program is interactive and engaging throughout. ARETE provides practical skills that are immediately useful and therefore builds confidence and motivates employees to proactively deal with a range of workplace conflicts. A number of scenarios are realistically and spontaneously acted out, ranging from annoying behaviours through to bullying, harassing and even more escalated conflicts.
