Should I use the term gender issues or stratification in regards to these information: I need to research the fields in which male dominates and the ones that females dominate. and also, I need to explain how society's view on sex roles (the roles that males and females play in society) dictates the job that they pursue and work at.

The stratification in the workplace is another where contradictions exist and stratification is a solution in that it resolves contradictions that gave in to no other solutions.
