How can you link gender issues or stratification in the workplace to the social-conflict analysis?
Should I use the term gender issues or stratification in regards to these information: I need to research the fields in which male dominates and the ones that females dominate. and also, I need to explain how society's view on sex roles (the roles that males and females play in society) dictates the job that they pursue and work at.
