Do you believe that conflict in the workplace can be avoided? How?

Be willing to listen to someone Else's opinion.Treat others as you expect to be treated. Realize that sometimes you do have to give in on certain points even tho you may be "right".

   R E S P E C T
   If only we could respect others as we would like to be respected .

   Respect each other's privacy , feeling and life styles is necessay to avoid conflict . Problems usually arise when our privacy , feelings or lifstyles has been compromised.
