dealing with conflict in the workplace #2?

when i am jealous of a co-worker, what do i need to recognize about myself and do in this situation?

What you need to do when this situation comes up is to remind yourself that you have an important role in the company and that it takes everyone pulling all together to get the job done. You may feel that someone else is getting more recognition than you or that they are getting some kind of perk that you are not getting. But in the long run if you keep your nose on your job and responsibilities it should work out in the end. If the issue is one that is particularly bad then talk about it with someone else to see if you are just magnifying the problem or if the situation is real. Maybe others feel the same way. But don’t dwell on it too long or you’ll be sulky and irritating to your co-workers.
