Conflict at your workplace?
Describe a situation that has caused conflict for you personally in your current or previous organization. What was the outcome? Was the conflict resolved? Why or why not?

Well there was this woman who I couldn't stand because she would get mad at me for the dumbest reasons and yell at me….I would get hurt and mad at the same time because I didn't think it was necessary for her to yell at me like I was a piece of sh_t…..I never had the guts to tell my boss because I was afraid that if I told him she might be nastier to me next time when we're alone and my boss isn't around…….besides, it always seems like my boss doesn't like me either and he is on her side…….it's not fair……so I never told him and it never really got resolved….I couldn't stand her or my boss any longer so I was like screw this and just quit recently……

I am not sure how this fits in enviromental catagories?
anyway-I am a Type-A personality and so was a co-worker, so we would argue constantly, our conflict ended when he was arrested for 22 counts of child molestation-so I guess I won the conflict-he lost in several ways (i never suspected him of something like that)
