power corrupts absolute power corrupts absolutely. we are guided by our EGO. that’s the biggest stumbling block to good relations in the workplace.
in any conflict its always someone overpowering the other person. almost 100%. one personality always think s/he is right. the other must bow down / obey. that’s absurd.
there could be instances when one lazy and needs to be kicked. that’s a different kind of conflict.
