conflict…..ample information needed?
Can anyone give me the definition of conflict in workplace, solution of conflict in workplace , type of conflict in workplace , what cause conflict in workplace.. THX!!
conflict is the mismatch or u can say "out-fit tolerance" which occurs when 2 or more than 2 "brains" are working together. It is but obvious that conflicts take place at any workplace. The solution of conflicts depends on the person who is going to judge and the depth of involvement of that person into the conflict. so if u r the person who is suffering from a conflict with ur coligue then better u decide what is right for the organization only not that what is right to satisfy ur ego of whatever position or qualification.
So it is better to think in the way that how u will maximize the profit of the organization out of that conflict otherwise the organization (workplace) will be converted into "zone of conflicts (useless part of organization)".
