No wonder oligarchs are criticized, for they only think of their private enjoyment. They don’t have efficient companies. What modern production has the rich nation Russia got, besides arms and weapons? Nothing!
And why? Because bureaucracy and industry are corrupt and in the hands of some ineffective oligarch-criminals.
